Justin Park sells products to you when they make purchases on the KBC website (the “Website”) subject to the terms and conditions outlined on this page. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the website.


User account

For security, each customer is allowed to create only one account that is registered by default. For customers who try to create multiple accounts, we reserve the right to suspend accounts without further warning.

In accordance with customs regulations, customers must provide valid and accurate data. All recipient names, address names, and payers should be valid. In some countries, the recipient may need to present their ID or passport to collect the package or for payment verification purposes. Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data provided to Justin Park. If the information is incorrect and prevents any shipment or delivery or customs clearance, Justin Park will not be held liable and will not offer any compensation in such cases.

Justin Park will always respect the law and kindly remind users to do the same. Importing customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their countries. Please refer to our privacy policy for more information.


Order

All efforts are made to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, specifications and prices, there may be occasions when errors occur. If such a situation occurs, Justin Park cannot accept your order. In the event of an error you will be contacted with a full explanation and a correct offer. The information displayed is treated as an invitation, not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed at the time of delivery of the goods.

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Justin Park may limit the number of products available for purchase. Justin Park reserves the right to change the quantities available for purchase at any time, even after placing an order.

Both parties agree that, following the shipment of the order, the transport is the sole responsibility of the third-party logistics company. During this phase, the complete ownership of the product (i) belongs to the buyer; all responsibilities and risks associated with transport are borne by the purchaser.
Canceling the order

Customers can cancel their order at any time prior to shipping; please contact our support center. However, once the order is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, our warranty and return policy.
Shipping and delivery

The shipping times displayed on Justin Park refer to the estimated time it takes for packages to leave our hands. Because the actual delivery of your order can be affected by many events outside of Justin Park’s control once it departs from our facilities, for customers who want to make a gift for a special occasion or event, such as a birthday, we suggest ordering their items well in advance. Justin Park cannot be held responsible for late deliveries. However, we will work with you to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience.

For quick and quiet delivery, we strongly recommend that customers purchase shipping insurance, if available, during checkout. In case the package has a shipping problem, Justin Park will send you a replacement package for free. If the item is no longer available, we will offer you a refund option.

Any order that does not have shipping insurance will not be Justin Park’s responsibility and the customer takes full responsibility for their package during the shipping process.

There may be occasions when Justin Park confirms your order but later learns that he cannot provide the ordered product.

In case we cannot provide an ordered product, Justin Park will contact customers and offer to cancel the order and refund the purchase cost for the total amount.

We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible and we can send your order to your home or workplace. We can ship to mailboxes through all shipping methods, except for fast shipping methods, as signatures are required at the time of delivery. Express shipments of this type can only be delivered to physical addresses.

Shipping and delivery times are calculated on business days from Monday to Friday. In case of important holidays such as Christmas and New Year, please allow extra delivery times. During such occasions we will provide alerts to consider possible delays.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. Justin Park cannot make changes to its shipping address once a package has been shipped and Justin Park is not responsible for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.

Justin Park cannot be held liable for any package that does not pass local customs or is deleted due to the illegality of the item in the destination country. Customers are solely responsible for complying with their local laws. We also cannot be held liable for any import taxes that may occur and it is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay that fee, if any. Please note that shipping insurance does not cover any customs issues, including, but not limited to, assets are destroyed or confiscated due to their illegal status in a particular destination country.

If the buyer rejects the package due to import duties or taxes, the buyer takes full responsibility for all costs related to the process.

All orders reported as “delivered” by shipping companies will be considered delivered. In this case, Justin Park cannot be held responsible for non-delivery.

If a delivery fails for any reason and the address sent is the correct address provided by the customer, Justin Park cannot be held responsible for returning the package.

Whatever the customer orders is what we ship. We cannot be held accountable for the customer receiving the wrong item if they have made the wrong order.

All missed order receipts must be reported within 3 months of the item shipment date. This applies to flat-rate shipping, priority mail and standard shipping methods. All quick delivery issues must be reported within 3 months of the shipping date. After this time we will no longer be able to investigate and no compensation will be offered. Please note that this policy does not apply to packages sent via quick shipping methods shown as delivered on the shipping company’s tracking website.


Shipments
 
All orders placed are managed and entrusted to the courier within 3 days of the order. Justin Park is not responsible for delays in delivery attributable directly to the chosen courier.
Shipments are divided into several types: free, standard and fast.
The times shown are indicative and any delay in delivery cannot be attributed directly to Justin Park.
Any taxes and customs duties are charged to the end user unless otherwise specified.
 
Dropshipping service
 
 
Justin Park reserves the right to use the dropshipping method if the selected product (s) are not present in the warehouses.
No additional costs are charged to the end user.
Justin Park is not required to give information to the end user, during the purchase phase, if he chooses to use this shipping system.
In the event of delays in the delivery of the goods and the service, Justin Park will contact the intermediary seller for more information and will take care of resolving any dispute with the end user.

Cancellation right

Unless you apply one of the exceptions listed below, you can cancel the order within fourteen (14) days from the day that the user or third party indicated by the user (other than the courier) receiving the goods. You don’t need to provide any reasons and you won’t have to pay any penalties when you decide to cancel your order within that period. To meet the deadline, you simply send your notice before the 14-day cancellation period expires. You need to inform us of your decision to cancel the order. Please follow our deletion procedure below:

Cancelaning an unordered order

If your order is being processed but has not been shipped, please contact us through our Help Center here with your order number and the cancellation request on the Live Chat. You can also download this form. And send it as an attachment via the ticket system here. We may ask you the reason for the cancellation for internal reasons (e.g. for the improvement of the service).

Cancelaning an order in transit or delivered

You must first contact us and have a Goods Return Authorization Number (RMA) before returning any items. Any product returned without an RMA number will not be refunded.

We will unduly refund all payments received from you for purchased goods excluding delivery fees. The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the day we receive the goods or, if mentioned above, from the day you provide proof that the goods have been returned.

We will use the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless you have specifically requested otherwise. In any case, we will not impose any costs as a result of that refund.

Please note that you must return the goods following the instructions of our support center no later than 14 days from the day you announce your decision to cancel your order. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning these goods. You can be held liable if the value of the returned assets has decreased due to the management of the assets (except when it was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the assets).

Exceptions to the right to cancel

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly customized;

The provision of non-performing or goods that may expire quickly;

(inseparable items) are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they are not sealed after delivery or which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items;

The delivery of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed or unsealed software after delivery.
Incorrect/damaged goods: legal guarantee and additional guarantees

We work hard to make sure you receive your order in excellent condition. If you do not receive the products ordered, please contact us. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. In such cases, the guarantee provided by the applicable laws will be fully enforced.

without prejudice to your rights, Justin Park offers you the following voluntary guarantees on your resis:

– 14-day warranty from arrival to arrival (DOA)

If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t work, within 14 days of the day you receive the product, you can reject it or request a replacement. After returning the product, we can send you a new item for free (we will refund the shipping cost for the return) or you can choose to receive a full refund.

– 30 days of unconditional refund guarantee for unopened and unused items

If for any reason you do not want your item within 30 days of receipt, you can also contact us for a refund and a refund. Please note that in such cases the return shipping fee is paid by the customer and is not refundable. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging, not used and not opened in order to qualify for a refund of the product.

– Warranty satisfied or refunded of 45 days

If the product is defective, within 45 days of the day you receive the product, you can reject it and treat the contract as at the end. You will need to return the property and we will refund you accordingly (the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer).

The refund process will take approximately 5 to 14 days after the arrival of the goods. The exact duration depends on the payment provider you are using (e.g. PayPal, credit card companies, etc.). The items must be in their original packaging, all original boxes must be intact and included, along with all packaging materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, in addition to all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer.

You must first contact us and have a goods return authorization number (RMA) before returning any items. Any product returned without an RMA number will not be refunded.

The refund guarantee does not cover the volume/wholesale and custom orders.

Goods found tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customer’s expense.

By default, the refund amount cannot exceed the original order amount paid to Justin Park. Justin Park is not responsible and is not aware of any bank fees or exchange fees that may occur. These fees are processed by the issuing bank and will not be reimbursed by Justin Park.

Justin Park and/or the seller will act in accordance with the warranty provided by the platform when and only when the damage is related to valid and confirmed manufacturing defects products. Justin Park and/or the seller will not be held liable for any damages resulting from customer misuse, personal negligence and other reasons they do not attribute to product defects.


Not returnable

Discounted or end-of-line products can only be returned for repair. No refunds or replacements will be made for other reasons.


Product descriptions

Despite our good faith in being the most accurate, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. From time to time there may be information about Justin Park that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to descriptions, prices and availability of the product.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to modify or update the information at any time without notice. If a key product specification is changed after an order is placed or within seven days of delivery, you can cancel and return the order for a full refund.


Archiving Contracts and Access

Each contract will be filed for a period of three (3) years from the placement of the order. Customers can access their contracts, as well as the T&C currently in place during that period.


Prices

Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include V.A.T, taxes and customs duties, in case the package is examined and deemed taxable by local customs. The payment of these is the responsibility of the buyer.

Customer conduct

While Justin Park is always committed to resolving issues with professional, courteous and friendly customer satisfaction, we will not tolerate any unacceptable or unreasonable behavior toward our Customer Service.

For example, unacceptable behavior directed at customer service personnel or Justin Park may include one of the following:

Aggressive, offensive and threatening behavior. Examples include: any and all direct or implicit threats on any communication channel; intimidating language; personal and verbal abuse; sexist, racist, homophobic or derogatory remarks; rudeness; inflammatory statements; oath; and unfounded accusations.

Making persistently demanding or harassing complaints, despite the fact that the issue has been fully addressed; Similarly, the repetition of complaints persists despite the reasonable and fair solutions offered in accordance with our policies.

Ask, expect, or ask staff to violate company policy guidelines, e.g. reimbursement amount, time, special compensation, etc.; likewise, seeking an unrealistic result beyond the scope of our policies and procedures.

Repeatedly change the nature (or goal) of a complaint or the desired outcome, in part, after a formal response has been provided.

Too many complaints compared to the total purchase value history.

For such behaviour, complainants may be notified and formally informed of the following:

Their language is considered offensive, threatening and completely unacceptable.

They must refrain from using such language of intimidation and threats.

There will be no further exchanges of correspondence in question if they persist with this behavior.

Justin Park reserves the right to no longer accept orders from the customer in the future without further notice.
