We learn about our skin

Human skin undergoes a number of changes over the course of our life cycle, most of the time we are born with normal skin that has minimal or no problems. Every ten years our skin changes, and when the time comes our skin tends to act in different ways, such as a persistent breakout, itching, or being easily irritated by certain ingredients. This does not mean that the products we have used have become of lower quality, but it is simply an indicator that unfortunately our skin has changed. yes, because our skin changes!

Dry and dehydrated skin

Dry skin types refer to individuals with skin who do not have the ability to naturally produce oil, which results in the inability of the skin to retain moisture naturally. It is noted that dry skin types have shaky skin or prominent fine lines. When the skin bases weaken and lose the ability to retain, the skin ages at a much faster rate. The cure for dry skin types is largely similar to care for dehydrated skin, except that more oil-based products and heavy products are involved. Seasoned skin and aging products are often designed to satisfy dry skin, typically from the age of 35 and beyond the skin stops producing oil and waxproducts naturally and begins to age. The individual with dry skin types can slow down the aging process by integrating the skin with these ingredients.

Normal skin types produce a well-balanced water ratio: oil, allowing the skin to retain water naturally without losing moisture which in turn signals to the skin that it is not necessary to produce more oil to retain moisture. In dehydrated skin types, the skin is devoid of so much moisture that it panics and produces more oil as a form of coping mechanism to retain residual moisture in the skin. Instead, look for light moisturizers with a slightly oily feel. This not only helps to block moisture during the skin preparation phase, but also to convince the skin to feel safer and produce less oil.

Oily skin

Avoid dulling the skin or constantly removing the skin from excess oil. While you focus on providing moisturizing ingredients like hyaluronic acid, avoid using only oil-free products. The types of oily skin generally belong to individuals who fall under the age groups of 15 – 25 years; the presence of shine and excessive oil occurs on almost every part of the face. In most cases the sebaceous glands on the face are simply naturally more active but generally well hydrated. Another method to identify oily skin is when you also have a greasy scalp as the scalp and facial skin are largely similar.
Opaque products are commonly used by oily skin types to counteract excess oil production, so gentle exfoliation is recommended so that there are fewer cases where dead skin accumulates and translates into clogged pores, which then cause acne.
While oily skin types tend to rely on cleansers or clay masks to exfoliate the skin and excess oil, be very careful not to do it too often as it can cause dehydrated skin. If your skin feels taut after using a foam ingeman, you may instead belong to dehydrated skin or mixed skin type.

Acne skin

Having one or two pimples every now and then is normal throughout our life cycle. Sometimes it can happen that the misuse of the products, or their continuous use in the wrong way, leads to the onset of impurities on the face. This is not to say, however, that you are prone to acne problems. Individuals with multiple pimples that manifest themselves on their cheeks and forehead, on the other hand, fall under the acne-tending group, are generally not limited to an age group, but can be easily identified first with oily skin or with easily clogged pores.
This category of skin is recommended, to use products containing BHA (Beta-hydroxycides) such as salicylic acid orenzyme of papaya (papain) Per help the skin exfoliate and relieve sebum accumulation and at the same time treat acne. When introducing acidic skin to skin for the first time, acne-trend skin types may see increased pimple formation in the early days, this is natural as the skin is draining!!!
If you are not sure that you belong to this category, you should avoid using products containing salicylic acid since the skin can get used to or adapt to the ingredient and when the real problem occurs, it can become even more difficult to treat and Cure. Note that BHA is also generally recommended for oily skin types. You may also consider acne treatment products for imperfections that occur from time to time to keep your skin under control.

Pigmented skin

Possible skin color alterations can basically be divided into two large groups:
Changes due to increased coloration (hyperpigmentation);
The dischromamies linked to a loss of hue (hypopigmentation).
The underlying causes of skin color alterations can be of various origins and nature: some can be inherited, while others can be acquired in the course of life.
Hyperpigmentation of the skin can be spread to the entire skin surface, affect more or less large areas or even be limited to individual points. In the latter case we speak of focal hyperpigmentation.
Sun lentigos are hyperpigmented spots that are the result of excessive sun exposure. They can occur in men and women of any age, although there is a higher incidence in individuals over 50 years of age.
Senile lentils, on the other hand, occur in older people as a result of skin aging in combination with excessive exposure to ultraviolet radiation.
The formation of these hyperpigmented spots is supported by a local overproduction of melanin.
Products for pigmented skin will help enrich the skin with antioxidants, lighten and brighten the face. The application of these principles will certainly avoid making the situation worse and with time to stabilise it. This also depends on your commitment to applying a sunscreen every day and applying the right doses of antioxidants.

Skin over 40

Similar to dry skin, Mature skin commonly has the inability to produce natural facial oils to retain moisture and ceramides to maintain the skin barrier. When the skin is weakened, it is more easily penetrated and further damaged by the sun. Age spots are an important sign of mature skin as melanin production is corrupted due to weakened skin barriers that allow the sun to penetrate deeper into the skin
Since the skin is already weak, aged skin types should focus on strengthening the skin barrier and natural defenses and also pay more attention to sunscreen. The sun’s ultraviolet (UV) rays appear in a different spectrum and, although they are indoors, we are still at risk of exposing them to UV rays. If signs of advancing age have already begun to form, ingredients such as glutatione, niacinamide (vitamin B3) and vitamin C can help further inhibit melanin production.
